One Day Technical and Equipment Exhibition Show held at ICAR-IINRG
ICAR-Indian Institute of Natural Resins and Gums and Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Khunti jointly organized the 2022 Technical and Mechanical Fair on Saturday. On this occasion, the main guest and director of the institute, Dr. KK Sharma, said that the main objective of the fair was to familiarize farmers with modern agricultural tools. Dr. Sharma said that in various government programs there is also a provision to hire machines at block level. Apart from this, state-of-the-art machines are also available at subsidized rates.
Dr Sharma said that by using agricultural equipment they needed to reduce costs and increase profits. Dr. Nirmal Kumar, head of department and organizer, said a farmer cannot buy all the machines but can organize all the machines and use them by sharing the available machines among themselves. Dr. Niranjan Prasad, Head of the Department, said on the occasion that by using state-of-the-art machinery, we can do good farming at low cost and achieve the government’s commitment to double farmers’ incomes. .
Dr. J Ghosh, Manager, Krishi Vigyan Kendra Khunti, said that at present, by using integrated farming, we can get the security of the source of income and get a good price by producing agricultural products by group. Other experts present at the occasion also encouraged farmers to use agricultural machinery.
On this occasion, Dr. SC Sharma, Scientist, in his address informed the farmers in detail about MB Plow, Sub Soiler, Cultivator, Disc Harrow, Small Lac Processing Unit, etc. Only then can we become aware of their benefits. in the real sense.
