TRS will play lead role in pushing BJP away from power, says KCR | Latest India News

President and Chief Minister of Telangana Rashtra Samithi, K Chandrasekhar Rao, on Monday called for a “Bharatiya Janata Party-mukt Bharat” and establishment of a secular, progressive and farmer-friendly government in the Center after the elections General of 2024.

Addressing a public gathering in Peddakaluva village of Peddapalli district after the inauguration of an integrated district collection office complex, KCR, as the chief minister is called, said the only way to protect the country of divisive forces was to oust the BJP from power.

“From this point, I am appealing to people across the country to announce a BJP-mukt Bharat. We will take the lead in this by entering national politics soon,” the Chief Minister announced.

An official statement from the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) said that as part of its “national mission”, KCR is leaving for Bihar on Wednesday to hold meetings with President and Chief Minister of Janata Dal (U) Nitish Kumar and Deputy CM Tejaswi Yadav, apart from attending other programs.

At the public meeting, KCR said that it had held a meeting with farmer representatives from various states for two consecutive days at Pragati Bhavan in the past two days and everyone felt that the protection programs implemented for the farmers of Telangana were not there anywhere else in the country.

Launching a scathing attack on the Narendra Modi government at the Centre, the Chief Minister said the Center was spreading outright lies through its campaign managers against Telangana.

“While the electricity consumption of the agricultural sector, including irrigation projects, accounts for only 20.8% of all electricity consumed in the country, the Modi government is unwilling to support Farmers. When he can give up 12 lakh crore for the corporate sector in the name of non-performing assets (NPA), he does not want to bear the electricity bill of the agricultural sector which is fair 1.45 lakh crore,” he said.

The Chief Minister said that Modi and the BJP always boasted about Gujarat’s development model but in reality he had failed to develop the nation. “On the other hand, the Telangana model envisions the implementation of free and uninterrupted power supply for agriculture and schemes like Aarogyasri and pensions, which cannot be found in Gujarat,” he said. declared.

Describing the national BJP leaders touring Telangana as dacoits, KCR said the local BJP leaders turned themselves into slaves by wearing their shoes. “For 60 years we have fought for self-respect and have reached the state of Telangana. But Delhi agents are now pledging our self-respect in front of their Delhi bosses. Should it be allowed? he.

KCR has accused the Center BJP government of failing to buy paddy in Telangana, despite severe shortages of rice and wheat around the world. Due to its lack of vision and intellectual bankruptcy, the Center was forced to import wheat from other countries, he said.

The chief minister alleged that the BJP was trying to stir up communal passions in otherwise peaceful and progressive Telangana for its petty political gains. “It is time for us to stand united and fight against these communal forces and oust the BJP from power in the Center,” he added.

Reacting to KCR’s allegations against the BJP and the Modi government in the Centre, Telangana BJP Chairman Bandi Sanjay said there is no greater dacoit in the country than the TRS Chairman.

“KCR’s family is involved in all scams, be it casino, alcohol, drugs, sand or mining. All these illegal activities are now being exposed one after another. His daughter Kavitha was completely exposed in the Delhi liquor scam. Now he has the audacity to point an accusing finger at Prime Minister Narendra Modi,” he said.
