Khuba, who received a call from a farmer in his constituency, was upset when asked about the shortage of fertilizer in his village.

In the audio clip, Minister Khuba is heard saying there is nothing he can do about it. He asked the farmer to go see other people who will take care of the supply.

He further stated that his job was to send fertilizers to the states and that he had done his job. He asked the farmer to approach the local MP and government employees to get some fertilizer. The minister also told the farmer he had better things to do.

The farmer then challenged the Union Minister saying he will not be elected next time in the constituency. The minister then said he knew how to win the election.

The minister also asked the farmer to do everything he can. “I am the minister of the government of India and I look after the states. You should go to your MP and your officers,” the minister said.
